Consisting of a semi-open-plan kitchen, dining, and living area. A modern, well-appointed bathroom is conveniently located on the ground floor. Upstairs, two comfortable bedrooms for up to four guests. A garden with a sauna and a summer house which can hold two further guests on a double sized pullout sofa bed is available upon request.

No loud music or disruptive behaviour

No rearranging or removing furniture

Strictly no smoking or vaping indoors (Guests may smoke in the garden, but please dispose of waste responsibly)

Strictly no illegal substances or excessive alcohol use on the premises


CLEANLINESS

Please treat the home with care and leave it tidy upon departure

Report any damages or maintenance issues as soon as possible

Use coasters, placemats, and wipe spills quickly to help preserve surfaces and furniture

All rubbish and recycling should be disposed of in the appropriate bins provided
