Grossartiges Hotel. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich, die Anlage ist einfach nur traumhaft schön und auch die Zimmer sind perfekt. Wir hatten hier einen traumhaft schönen Urlaub. Konstruktive Kritik: Die Speisekarte dürfte etwas grösser sein.

Taking money from the credit card, no refund
the hotel is very nice, but.... I paid everything in advance. Nevertheless they asked for a deposit of SAR 1000.--. They did not block it like other hotels or rental car company do it, the realy took it from me creditcard.I am still waiting for a refund. Once, they wrote that the have tecnical problems, then the refund would take 3 months. No they even do answer my whatsapp. There everything goes via whatsapp. This is fraud what they do, even worse than a one star hotel

IN LOVE with this hotel. Truly exceptional!
I ABSOLUTELY LOVE this hotel. I usually don’t stay in luxury hotels because I am always outside exploring and I prefer to spend money in experiences rather than accommodation, but this hotel is an experience! The location is unbelievable, the rooms are exquisite, the staff is amazing and welcoming, the food delicious and nourishing, the infinity pool is out of this world, and I can go on and on. I strongly recommend it. It is worth every penny!

Habitas is an amazing place to stay - the location and surroundings are utterly beautiful. The pool is stunning and incredibly special and the food and juices are very good. The service is pretty poor because the staff are clearly not well trained which lets the hotel down. However it is clear that most of them are trying their best. Despite that, I would definitely stay again for the incredibly location, scenery and quiet.
