Staff were very nice and excellent with the tour and breakfast. And their reliability to stock the fire pits. Only thing was the pool was said to be heated but still very cold. „What an exquisite property— the grounds, the house, the decor! The room is luxurious but only lacks in having a table to set things on (the closet is very small, too), but the room makes up for it in every other way. It was self check in with no host on site but communication was excellent and the next day, my husband ran into one of the managers, Nicole, who was a darling— so sweet and friendly and helpful. Trumansburg is a charming, very small town and 16 Elm is one of the nicest inns ...

„This beautiful old home has been converted into a beautiful historic in. We’ve stayed there several times, in fact we got married there! It’s always in pristine condition. Spa services we used is only the registered massage, but it was excellent too. The staff are unbelievably perfect. The food is exceptional. I would recommend this to anybody! It’s worth a visit to go and see it for yourself. “
