„Our stay was great. Our host as amazing.“

„This was our second time to stay at this VRBO. The hostess has always been super responsive and ensures her home is clean and ready for guests. Easy check-in and check-out. Comfortable home and great location to easily get to the A&M campus, restaurants and stores. We’ve enjoyed our stay both times and will definitely be back. Thanks Mindy! “

„We had a great stay on Gettysburg for four nights while our baseball team played in Franklin. The rooms were spacious, any appliance we needed for cooking food was there and the neighborhood was nice and quiet. Location was awesome!! So much good food with 10 minutes, same as grocery stores to stock the kitchen or grab anything else needed for the stay. Communication was amazing and consistent too!!-Coach Vice“

„The property was clean and welcoming, we were a party of eight and everyone had their own space. The host was accessible and the beds were extremely comfortable. All the comforts of home.“

„Great place.“

„Great stay! Planning on staying here again in a couple of weeks.“

„We were unable to stay due to the unsafe staircase. The staircase is steep and extra wide and does not provide adequate handrail support. It was impossible for us to climb and descend the stairs safely. The townhouse is lovely, but the staircase is unsafe for elderly and impaired guests.“

„This house was the perfect rental for two families of four! Honestly we had more than enough space! The house was immaculate and the perfect place to stay for our trip to College Station. I highly recommend and would rent again.“

„The property was as described. It is very close to Kyle Field walking distance based on your physical abilities. The owner was very always quick to respond to my messages during our visit. Parking was great and it seems like a nice and safe neighborhood. The drawbacks was there was dust in the vents that was visible and spreading to the ceilings. The supplies we were left to clean with was shredded. The apartment had a musty odor and when you walk out on the terrace you don’t want to look left. ...

„The host was responsive and accommodating on check-in, which we appreciated. However, the property itself was disappointing for the price point. We encountered multiple cleanliness and maintenance issues, including pests, mold/staining in bathroom areas, dirty kitchen items, worn furnishings, and non-working appliances. Overall, the home did not match the condition presented in the listing photos, and we ultimately chose to leave early rather than stay the final night.“

„Great house and very clean. It’s on a quiet cul-de-sac. House was well stocked and had everything we needed plus more. Excellent communication from host Kathy. We had a small issue on the first day but Kathy responded very quickly and was able to take care of it very quickly, which was fantastic. Would highly recommend staying here.“

„Very clean, beds very comfortable Convenient to University“
