„Fabulous stay. I checked in online the evening before as the property does not have a recpetion. We got there about 3pm and the PIN we were sent was wrong. Luckily a man was there who helped by phoning for us. We were not informed of which room we had or how to access the key. Once again the man (sorry we do not know who he was) helped us - thank goodness. The hotel was beautiful. The location was very centeral but quiet. „Eine nette kleine Pension, aus der der Betreiber das Bestmögliche herausholt. Da es eine Tür gibt, die nur mit Transponder geöffnet werden kann, muss für den Check-In erst einmal angerufen werden. The staff members were excellent, being centrally located, the hotel is easily accessible from any part of town and ideal for people visiting the nearby universities like the Leicester university. Overall, the place is good and value for money and the management is keen on refurbishing it.“

„Hotel is being renovated at moment so rooms are basic but was in right location to visit o2 academy . Check in guy was lovely, car park aswell so suited our needs for one night.“
