„Tilly is an amazing host. Engaged but not intrusive. The property was perfect with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Parking can be tricky but not impossible. May just have to park around the corner. Details of facilities in the area were spot on and very useful. The Netflix went down just before we left which I would have reached out about if we were staying longer but was fine for the bulk of our stay. Would definitely return if staying in Portsmouth again. „We had a wonderful time in Tall Timbers - the house seemed to expand with the growing numbers of friends and relations joining us. We found everything we needed and more. The garden is wonderful! I loved to have my first cup of tea of the day wrapped in one of the cuddly blankets sitting on the bench on the top of the garden, watching the sea, the robins and great tits, the courtship of the seagulls on the roof next door and the next door squirrel. „Absolutely magical place to stay. Beautiful grounds and farm animals roaming around. Peaceful and idyllic stay. Met the owners really friendly and accommodating. „We can definitely recommend the Auction House. It is a lovingly furnished cozy cottage. It has a good, central location. A variety of shops can be reached within a few minutes. We felt extremely comfortable and spent a relaxing week in Ryde. Thank you for your warm welcome with cookies and tea!“

The accommodation has all one needs, but the emphasis has to be towards the “outdoors”, the tranquillity it offers and marvellous views of the countryside. „Stayed here with 16 members of the family, aged 10 months to over 70. Games room was perfect, very well stocked kitchen , bedrooms were good, in general the property needs a hug, tired in places. The beaches are accessible by only the sure footed, and we’re not suitable to sit on as there was evidence of rock falls.having said that the coastal walks were perfect“
