„Nine of us stayed for 4 nights around our child's wedding. House was exactly as described, very clean, and Lee was a fantastic host. Weather wasn't great so didn't us the garden, but that looked good to. The parking permits and drive were really useful as Southsea parking is a nightmare.Overall, great stay and would certainly book again. Highly recommended!“

„Very close to train station. Very close to large grocery store. Many diverse take-away and dining options in the neighbourhood. We all had our own bedroom. Kitchen was well equipped. Instructions for entry were clear. Door key was tricky at first, but we got the hang of it eventually. Bus routes nearby. No complaints. Would not hesitate to book again. “

The listing on Arbo looked great … nice setting & a hot tub over looking fields was the tranquil getaway we had in mind. However When we arrived we found the hot tun had not been cleaned (like & mud & hair). „Cottage was lovely and quirky comfortable and warm, but there was a few issues, cobwebs in the bedroom table lamp in the lounge gave me an electric shock! Stairs outside need looking at as very worn out and not enough utensils pizza tray didn’t fit the small oven. The local Woodmancote pub was great for Sunday lunch and you get a 20% discount too.“
