Perched at the top of the street, Elevate lives up to its name with sweeping views across Hawley Beach. Guests arrive to a double garage with additional parking at the front and rear of the home, making it easy for families or groups traveling together.

The lower level is designed for comfort and relaxation. Two beautifully appointed bedrooms with queen beds both enjoy spectacular ocean views, so you can wake up to the sight of Hawley Beach each morning. A modern bathroom services this level, and there is also a cozy second living room complete with a smart TV, books, and games.

Glass doors open to the heated private lap pool, perfect for cooling off on warm coastal days. Nearby, a large outdoor dining table is ideally positioned to take in the stunning ocean outlook while enjoying meals together. An outdoor shower near the pool adds convenience after a swim or a day at the beach.

Upstairs, the home truly opens up. The upper level is designed to capture incredible panoramic views, with a light-filled open-plan kitchen, dining, and living area. Relax on the new reclining lounges while soaking in the scenery through expansive windows. The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking and entertaining with ease.

Sliding doors lead to a balcony where you can enjoy your morning coffee as the sun rises over the water, or unwind in the evening as the sky changes color at sunset.

The spacious master suite also occupies the upper floor, featuring electric blinds, a large walk-in robe, and a private ensuite, creating a peaceful retreat to end the day. A separate toilet and dedicated study space are also located upstairs for added convenience.

Elevate is designed for year-round comfort with ducted air conditioning throughout. A full laundry with washing machine and dryer is available for guest use, making longer stays easy and comfortable.

Please note: Due to the layout and safety considerations (e.g. pool, stairs, balconies, fragile furnishings), this property is not suitable for children under 10.

Guests have full access to the entire home, with the exception of a couple of locked cupboards both upstairs and downstairs.
