Downstairs is the third bedroom, which has been set up as a self-contained flat, a second bathroom, and a laundry.

Ideal holiday home just a 2-hour drive from Sydney, 5 minutes to Tea Gardens, and an hour to the vineyards & airport. Shops, cafes, and a surf beach are close by, and the beautiful boating, fishing, and water skiing playground of Myall River is also just a short stroll away.
