„Comfortable, clean and exactly what I needed for myself and dog!“

„Futon room has been upgraded to a double or queen bed. Only stayed one night but the house seemed well equipped for a longer stay. One bathroom was, near all 3 bedrooms. The other was on the other side of the house, away from the bedrooms, but greatly appreciate having 2 full bathrooms available. Front door lock was a little finicky but worked well once we understood how it worked. All bedrooms had TVs. Large dining table. Comfy living room. Thank you“

„This was our second stay at Grand Lake Cozy Cottage. Everything was just as great as our first time there. The cottage feels like a home and is well equipped. We love that they have a ping pong table and nice fire pit with wood. The canoes and kayaks are great too although we didn’t use them this time because the water was a bit rough while we were there. Just like before, we never saw the neighbors. The property is in a very quiet spot. If I were to change one thing, I wish for queen beds ...

„Surprised to see the microwave and refrigerator. There was no coffee maker but some brought one we asked about it. Easy check in and out no real problems.“

„This is an older mom and pop motel. Room was small and clean. Aporeciated the microwave. Refrigerator was welcomed also as was the water and Keurig Restaurant is right across the street. Very convenient “

„For the area, this small motel is fair. When we arrived, I did not have my code for our room and was unable to reach anyone. This may have been my error but another person staying there gave me the phone number to speak to a person and we got our room and code. There is no kitchen, but it did have the basic small refrigerator and microwave. It’s a very basic room. We did find a couple of pieces of dry dog food on the floor. The A/C worked well and TV. We did enjoy our stay in the area. “
