„Wir haben zwei Nächte im Silvermere Guesthouse auf unserer Australientour verbracht. Das Hotel befindet sich in einem charmanten, alten Haus mit großem Garten und ist ruhig gelegen. Unser Zimmer war schön eingerichtet, sehr sauber und hatte eine große Terrasse. Das Frühstück war sehr gut. Das Restaurant, das sich mit im Hotel befindet, bietet sehr gutes Essen an. „Very quiet at the end of the road. The cockatoos were loud in the morning and just before they went to bed at night. A simple one kilometer walk to the fish and chip shop in Saint Mary's, that was good food too, especially the scalloped potatoes that are sliced thinly battered and then deep fried like a piece of fish. I love them.“

„Beautiful grounds, quiet and peaceful, quality accommodation, perfect for a getaway in a semi rural location. Limited phone/internet reception can be a bonus for some. Shops are a short drive away. Overall, our stay was a very restful, pleasant experience.“

„Staying at Madison’s Mountain Retreat was the perfect getaway and experience for my family. We stayed 3 nights and really enjoyed the atmosphere of the grounds. Anne’s warm welcome and knowledge about the animals was excellent and we all enjoyed feeding the Alpacas, Llamas & Goats. The indoor pool was great for a quick swim & we felt nice and cosy in the rustic cabin accommodation which had a lovely view of the alpacas and farm. We will definitely be back. “
