„The house location was great and had wonderful views (especially from the crow’s nest). We had a front row seat to the July 4th fireworks show over the bay. There was plenty of room for our entire family and having 3 bathrooms was perfect for us. The Nespresso was a great touch! The manager was very prompt and courteous in responding.“

„What a house! We loved our stay in this 1686 historic home. It is well maintained, clean, close to beaches and walking distance to downtown. The house has amazing antique furniture that adds to the charming feel of the home and can only be appreciated by up close inspection. Every room is warmly decorated with beautiful period pieces. It was perfect for us as we had three adults and three children ranging in ages from 3-15 years old. “

„Our group of four ladies stayed here for six nights and had an amazing stay. The home was clean, comfortable and the pictures matched the home exactly. We had great and timely communication at all stages with the hosts when needed. We were able to cook for ourselves using the well equipped kitchen. The location was perfect to be able to experience Salem and go on day trips. We would be thrilled to stay here again!“

„This VRBO was walking distance from everything. Clean, comfortable and convenient in a beautiful building! The king bed worked for my daughters while I slept on the queen in the living room. My only suggestion would be that the owner add salt & pepper shakers. “

„A very nice stay. Very well organized and avoid location. Beds allow a great sleep. If you might not like small bathrooms and a neighbour you can hear walking on the upper level you might consider another place but we did really like the place.“

„This property was perfect for our family of 4. We loved walking across the street to the beach. We went into Newburyport multiple times which is a beautiful town that had a lot of really good restaurants and fun shops. The house has nice appliances and the multiple mini splits did a great job controlling temperature. Great communication and check in process from the host. “

„Lovely house close to the beach. Plenty of room on the porch, living room and kitchen for the 5 of us to hang out and catch up. About 10 mins to Newburyport. Hard to find beach parking so on your day of checkout, if you’re wanting to go to the beach, make sure you get to the beach access (there’s one about a half mile away from the house heading back toward town) by 7:00 am and park your car there. It was already full by 10:00. There were some dead bugs on the porch but that’s to be expected ...

"Gute Lage etwas außerhalb von Boston, aber mit guten Einkaufs- und Gastronomie-Möglichkeiten. Das Zimmer war sauber, es gab leckeres Frühstück und das Personal war nett."

"Zimmer lag direkt neben dem Fahrstuhl. Bei jeder Fahrt hatte man das Gefühl, dass ein Zug ankommt oder losfährt. Auch die Vibration war zu spüren. Schlafen war deshalb kaum möglich. Das Zimmer war rollstuhlgerecht. Wegen der Nähe zum Fahrstuhl und der damit verbundenen Lautstärke ist das aus meiner Sicht eine klare Diskriminierung schwerbehinderter Menschen. Solche Zimmer dürften nicht vermietet werden. Wer Schlaf sucht, sollte ein anderes Hotel buchen."

"Zimmer in US-Standardgröße. Nicht verwohnt. US-Standard Ausstattung im ordentlich gutem Zustand. Hatte eins mit 1xQueenbett. Ist ein richtiges Hotel, kein Motel, also Zimmerzugang innen. Haben meinen Wunsch nach Zimmerwechsel wegen lauter Außenventilatoren entsprochen, obwohl gut gebucht. Top. Aufzug. Genug Parkplätze. Wurden bei mir nicht extra berechnet. Frühstück über Starbucks muss einzeln bestellt werden. Aber Dunkin'‘Donut ca. 3-5min. zu Fuß oder 1,5min. Mit dem Auto auf dem Weg nach Boston. Liegt direkt an einer Einkaufsmall. Fürs Heimatgefühl gibt es dort auch ein Aldi. Einige Restaurants fußläufig oder in wenigen Autominuten von Fastfood bis Normal. Leider kein Zimmerservice. Findet man leider immer öfter. Ca. 30-40 min oder länger nach Boston Downtown, je nach Verkehr. "
