„Considering the price, we had high hopes for our stay at this house, but unfortunately, we were quite disappointed. Upon arrival, we found the property was not very clean. There was urine left in the upstairs toilet, the downstairs bathroom was dusty with hair around the toilet, and the bath mat had been folded up while still wet. „Arrive to meet host, showed around, clean tidy, perfect communication throughtout the stay. We did have a small issue through the stay and this was dealt with efficiently and promptly. We are looking to stay again in April we were that impressed. Tea and coffee were also provided and soap in the bathroom, this was an added bonus and very welcome. “

„We very much enjoyed our stay . The place was very clean and comfortable. Location worked very well with any thing we needed being in walking distance even the train station. The goodies left by the host were very enjoyable. The only issue we came across was having to remind my husband who is 6'3" to duck when entering some of the rooms. „The property was in a fantastic location, with excellent views. The pair of little grebes on the pond were a joy to watch. The property was within easy reach of the town centre, which has much to offer. The property was clean and well equipped. The bed was very comfortable. The sofa was not comfortable if you have the slightest back issue (style over function), but we didn't spend that much time on it. We enjoyed the balcony, and peace and quiet of the location. We will be back!“
