Dear guest, thank you for pointing out the quality of the renovation we did in our hotel. In the same way we took great care in the furniture, installations and linen. Our mattresses were first opened just two years ago at the time of our opening and we keep them very well cared because they are the basis of our accommodation service. Regards,

Hello dear guest, Thank you for such a nice headline and thank you also for pointing out the things you loved most about La Reserva! Having such a beautiful garden in the Caribbean tropics means accepting biodiversity. We have planted, in our patio, plants that work as natural repellents against mosquitoes. Hopefully they will soon make the planned barrier. However,mosquitoes only disturb at nightfall, so an organic mosquito repellent should be sufficient enough to allow our guests to enjoy the garden without discomfort.

Dear guest, We regret any inconvenience due to the restaurant's reservation policy. We inform you that we are working on the new restaurant facilities and that we should open a bistrot of contemporary Cuban cuisine before the summer. Thank you for your opinion and may be next time!
