„Wir hatten in unserem Zimmer dreckige Bettwäsche, nach dem Anruf an der Rezeption mussten wir diese auch noch selbst wechseln. Ausstattung ist ok, aber nicht überragend. Alles macht einen schmuddeligen. Eindruck: Teppich, Fenster, Treppenhaus. Das Personal war freundlich aber nicht serviceorientiert. Die Lage des Hotels ist Top! Mitten in der Stadt mit vielen Essens und Einkehrmöglichkeiten. “

„Used The Nest on Saratoga Lake as our base of operations while attending the Saratoga Jazz Festival at SPAC. Stayed in the Owl's Den room, which is one flight up; not too many stairs for these seniors. Communication before we arrived was smooth, and the location is easy to find. Parking was right in front. Especially liked the no-contact registration; you just go to your (keypad locked) room! The view of the lake and surroundings is stunning! The room was cozy and the bed comfortable.  ...
