„Das Appartement war sehr modern und schön ausgestattet. Alles da was man braucht. So richtig zum Wohlfühlen. Bei der Buchung sollte man sich nur im Klaren sein, daß Hatteras sehr weit im Süden der Outer Banks liegt. Wenn man Ruhe und Abgeschiedenheit sucht - perfekt. Die Fahrt in den nördlichen Teil der Outer Banks zieht sich ziemlich. Also gut überlegen was man bei einem Aufenthalt dort tun möchte. The Villas at Hatteras Landing ist als Unterkunft wunderschön. “

„House was great and just as described in the listing. Very clean. We had a slight issue with check in (not the owners' fault) and they responded immediately to our request for help. Short walk down a path and over a dune to the beach. We had a great week! “

„We absolutely loved this property! Our group was two families, 4 adults, 17 year old, 8 year old (birthday boy!), and 7 year old. The house is adorable, very clean and amazing open concept living room/kitchen area with a large table that could seat everyone and more! Very well stocked kitchen, keurig machine/coffee bar/separate drink fridge area.The beach is a very short walk over the sand dune- led directly off the back deck straight to the path. Even in prime beach season, it wasn’t crowded ...

„We stayed for a week mid-May, family of 5. Property was as described and pictured. Classic beach/lake house vibe. Plenty of kitchen utensils and appliances. New towels. Great pool with plenty of loungers. There is a very short walk over thru the dunes to the beach, right behind the house, the beach is very quiet and clean, lots of wildlife, crabs, birds....We visited some other beaches further north and this one was much cleaner and much less crowded. Maybe one group of people every 300-400 ...

„Spacious 2 bedroom with twin loft. There are 4 window A/C units: Bedrooms (2), Open Loft (1) and Kitchen area (1). Very hot when arrived because maids leave units off, but surprisingly COOL after a some time. Temp was very comfortable and I'm an A/C gal. Towels provided and Bed Made...awesome! Highly recommend.“

„The house and property were fantastic. Scott was always quick to answer any questions or issues we had. Having access to the water was a big plus. The bugs weren’t as bad as other reviews said, but we were there at the end of June. Normal mosquitoes and a few horse flies, but you’ll find that anywhere near the water. We had kayaks delivered from a local rental company, which I recommend. They have their own private boat ramp if you have your own boat as well. The property is big and private. ...

The water was hot for the shower so that was great. Water pressure was decent. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook all week. “

"Der erste Anblick ist etwas konfus, wohl durch das bunte Ambiente der einzelnen Hausabschnitte. Tatsächlich haben wir auf unserer Reise allerdings die beste Ausstattung der Räumlichkeiten in einem Motel vorgefunden. Das Bad war mit einer großen, ebenerdigen Dusche ausgestattet und sogar gefliest. Die Küchenzeile hat eine Kaffeemaschine mit Zubehör, einen Kühlschrank und eine Mikrowelle und viel Ablagemöglichkeiten. Koch- und Grillmöglichkeiten sind in einem außen liegenden Gemeinschaftsbereich großzügig vorhanden. Der Service war stets gut, der Empfang sehr nett, unkompliziert. Auch haben wir viele Tipps für gute Restaurants in der Nähe bekommen. Beim Auschecken musste lediglich der Schlüssel abgegeben werden. Alles in einem: Sehr zu empfehlen."
