St Lawrence Gap is a quick 10-minute drive away from the hotel and many guests enjoy being close but not in the nightlife. We planted lots of trees on the beach to provide natural shade from the sun and of course, we have lots of free sunbeds for our guests to enjoy. No need to go to another beach and pay extra money for that. We do get more mature guests in the peak winter months as the flight prices and room rates are more expensive at that time. However, in the less expensive summer and shoulder months, we see many younger guests and families with children. If guests are concerned about steps, then please just let us know that you would prefer a room located on the pool deck, car park level, or a low floor and we will do our best for you. Dear Willy, I was so sorry to read that you were dissatisfied with your stay with us. I have discussed your feedback about our apartments with the management team and we will be closely monitoring the apartments to ensure that we provide a clean, apartment experience for our guests. These units are usually in high demand due to their less rates, large space and fully self-catering facilities. Please note that this is our lowest priced room category so the view and amenities will be different to our more expensive rooms. We do have a corporate rate which includes breakfast for business travelers, so I am sorry that you were not made aware of this. Please note that all rooms and apartments are secure and our 24hour security service regularly patrols all areas of the hotel complex. I am sorry that we were unable to relocate you to another room, but the hotel was fully booked when you were staying with us. Please accept my apology for not meeting your expectations this time.
