„We love Stratford Upon-Avon and a member of our family had stayed at the Crowne Plaza before. So we decided to give it a try. The only issues that I could mention was that the room 1019 was quite a walk from reception and, I had to report to the front desk that maybe the previous occupants had spilled some dark liquids on the carpets and caused them to stain.“

„Lovely service, receptionist Sarah upgraded us very kindly. Room amazing. Views across the garden to the golf course just beautiful. Could do with some type of Aircon although understandable not easily possible for the nature of period building. Spa is lovely, though pool was colder than expected and pool area noisy . “

I had run out of phone battery & missed a train from London and was concerned no one would be available to check me in but instead the helpful young man even sorted out a glass of wine & some crisps for me & brought them to me even though the bar was closed.
