Exterior needs some work on trim and siding. Wooed deck furniture needs to be replaced as there are exposed fasteners. Front door needs to be replaced as that is the first impression when you enter. Overall, the Property Manager was extremely accommodating and helpful. We enjoyed our stay and wished it was longer.“

It is also within walking distance of Seagull Beach, which may be the most beautiful beach on Cape Cod. „We enjoyed our stay in this charming historic feeling home. Everything was very clean, there were adequate kitchen supplies, the owner was v responsive, and the location was super convenient to exploring north of Orleans and the Outer Cape and Chatham and the mid Cape. The dining room has a painted floor that is just marvelous! Owners provided towels and nice linens (we loved the pretty quilts!) which is really helpful when you are a family group. Only wish the property manager requested that we didn’t use a butcher table via text/message instead of sending someone to put a sign in the table in the middle of the day.
