„I have to give this place a 5 star rating for the location and proximity to the rail trail for biking. It’s literally a second from the rail trail. If you are looking for rail trail access and a beautiful outdoor area and spectacular private beach in Long Pond, this home is perfect! The home is old and has a lot of original charm. The rating is five stars due to location and outdoor amenities and rail trail but we were a little disappointed with the comfort of the dining room chairs (very worn) ...

„We loved staying in this home, perfect for multi generational families. A great backyard, fire pit and play set for the kids. The house and kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed. Close enough to all the must do things on Cape Cod. I would definitely stay here again!“

„This property is centrally located on a pretty pond (unfortunately, no swimming there during our stay this year or last). Spacious, clean, lovely accommodation. Mike and Joe are most hospitable and immediately responsive to any and all requests. Next year, I hope to return with my daughter, her husband, my grand-puppies, and maybe a grandchild as well!“

„Some 23 of us, arriving at staggered times, had a wonderful experience. We visited places all over the Cape, sat and played on our private beach, and thoroughly enjoyed the variety of water craft. There was truly something for everyone. There were two cousins, ages 8 mo and 5 mo that entertained us as well as two cousin dogs who romped and played endlessly. It was FABULOUS!“
