„An excellent place for a honeymoon, anniversary trip or respite retreat. It's not just a place to stay, it could be your ultimate destination. The location is very private and peaceful. The hosts were excellent communicators and the cottage was very clean and well-equipped. For summer-time visitors, even though the temps were in the 90s, we enjoyed spending much of our time outdoors on the deck thanks to it being well-shaded and equipped with an outdoor ceiling fan. „We so enjoyed our time together with family to catch up, enjoy good food, go fishing, fire pit time, Silver Dollar City...so much fun! The cabin is so great - love the rustic vibe with modern amenities. The only bummers were cheap uncomfortable fire pit chairs (one of the arms broke under very light pressure), critters under back porch, and uncomfortable breakfast bar chairs. Great stay, great location, hope to stay again sometime.“

"Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt und die Aussicht auf den See ist wundervoll. Als wir da waren war das Restaurant geöffnet und wir können es empfehlen. Ansonsten liegt das Hotel etwas abseits, zum nächsten Restaurant sind es 10 Minuten mit dem Auto. Leider wurde uns für unseren Aufenthalt rund 10% mehr in Rechnung gestellt als gemäss der Buchungsbestätigung von Hotels.com fällig gewesen wäre. Zum einen wurde das Doppelte an Steuern in Rechnung gestellt. Dies haben wir bereits beim Einchecken bemerkt, als wir die Rechnung bezahlt haben. Unsere Beschwerde wurde ignoriert. Beim Auschecken haben wir dann nach der mussten wir dann festellen, dass uns auch noch Kreditkartengebühren von rund 2% durch das Hotel belastet wurden. Man hat den durch uns authorisierten Betrag einfach bei der finalen Kreditkartenbelastung nach oben geändert. Nach mehr als einer Woche hat das Hotel auf die Beschwerde seitens Hotels.com immer noch nicht reagiert. Schade, wir haben uns wohlgefühlt, aber unter den Voraussetzungen würde ich das nächste Mal ein anderes Hotel buchen."
