„Cute little house away from the Bar Harbor mess. Host clearly loves the area and provides a wealth of useful information. House is immaculate and in like new condition. Very nicely decorated and well equipped. Only negative is the the two stair cases are steep and would not be a good choice for someone with limited mobility.“

„Very rustic with a HUGE emphasis on hunting. There were bear, turkey and antlers mounted on the wall. The place was a nice size. It was nice to have the bathroom down the hall from the bedroom. The living room couches and bed were comfy. Some of the fixtures weren't quite right. The antler chandeliers had cob webs, the sink had a hole where the sprayer was supposed to go, and the outlets weren't all secure in the wall. There was a lot of junk outside the cabin and we had to use our own towels ...

„Really lovely space. The main room is really gorgeous, huge, well decorated, wonderful for cooking and big comfy dining table. Bathroom is a little small, bed was comfortable although we could hear street noise so if a light sleeper, consider that as it might bother. (I was fine, husband kept waking up.) Really wonderful overall. Wish it was possible to have family come--would have been fun to have everyone together but only one bedroom. “

„We had visited the Milbridge area several times in the past but this was our first stay at SeaSmoke Cottage. As described, the views of Flat Bay were stunning. The cottage was very comfortable. Although the oven had to be replaced during our stay, this did not hamper our enjoyment as we were able to use the stovetop and microwave.
