This hotel is not yet ready to receive guests. The people are very nice and did apologise for what happened. They were:, faulty lock on the bedroom door.
Air conditioning did not initially work. No substantial food in the evening.
No water the following morning, so no toilets except for one on ground floor. The room was clean but no fridge. We expect reimbursement to acknowledge terrible services. The hotel should remember it takes time to get a good reputation but one terrible visit to get a bad reputation.
