„West Plains MO a small town in the Ozark, for an older hotel it was in good shape, clean, did not smell, Air Conditioner worked well. Nice swimming pool. Had an issue with toilet and staff took care of it immediately. Staff was friendly and helpful. Food was typical of Continental Breakfast. Only complaint was that they do not have automatic doors which made it difficult to use luggage carts or for Handicapped Guests to enter/exit. I Would stay there again.“

„Everything about this place is awesome. It's so quiet and clean. I needed time away from the city and this place is definitely far from the city life. They offer wifi and you WILL need it. There is almost zero reception in the area... but I'm not complaining. The staff was awesome and very accommodating. Will be back for sure. “

Mr. Graves and his team were very attentive and proactively conducted 'touch points' checking in often to make sure that the guests had everything managed appropriately to ensure the best experience possible.
