„This was so beautiful!! We absolutely loved it. We had a nice fire in the evening, grilled some burgers, and showed off our horrible boating skills (honestly it was fun to just row in circles and laugh, but the river is calm and has lovely views). It is easy to drive to the market for anything you need or other small towns for a day trip. We had minor issues with outside lights but it made it more fun to see things by firelight and fireflies. „Beautiful, quiet spot up on the hillside overlooking the valley. My wife and I came up to check out the Kingdom mountain bike trails and were not disappointed. The house is an easy 15-20 min drive to the trails, as well as the bike shop, cafes, and small market in East Burke. It was helpful having all-wheel drive getting up the hill to the house, and once there check in was incredibly easy, and the house was super clean and well appointed with all new appliances. „2 bedroom small house was just what my friend and I needed for an event we were at in Lyndonville. Close to town and only 10 minutes to the event venue. Very comfortable. Air conditioning was on when we got there and we were grateful for that sine the temps were close to 90 with high humidity. Very clean and kitchen was minimal but had all the essentials. Bathroom was also clean. We saw a doe with a fawn every late afternoon walking across the tree line and very quiet at night. Thanks!“

„We had a great stay with our large family! The house was set up great and very clean! It was easy access to the public beach area (walk across the street) and a quick drive to a few local places to eat/coffee. Our host was very responsive with a few questions we had throughout our stay. Great for a long weekend away! “

„Comfortable stay. Kitchen was equipped for basic cooking. Everything was as advertised except we didn’t find a toaster and apple screen mirroring to the TV couldn’t connect. Good all weather tires were needed to access with snow on the roads getting to the cabin. Also we found no AT&T cell service at the cabin but good WiFi once inside. Be sure you have a copy of your reservation you can access with no cell or have a hard copy of your reservation with the key code. Would be helpful to know ...
