„Very nice accommodation, nice little flat with fully equipped kitchen. “

„What a fantastic place to stay. A beautiful stone building near the top of a hill with a great garden and a brilliant host Joe. We were there for only two days on a road trip from Phoenix to Seattle but it really wonderful. A very well equipped kitchen, good WiFi, comfortable bed and lots of external seating to enjoy the sun, the views during the day and the start sky at night. Joe, the host provided lots of information about the history of the property and the former ranch it is situated ...

„All the amenities for less than the price of a hotel room. Centrally located and easy to find. Many attractions within an easy drive.“

„We loved the idea of having a fully fenced backyard for our pups. It was very inviting and clean. Had everything and extras of anything you could need for your stay. The only thing l could complain about is the chairs on the dining room table need to be tightened. Most of the legs were loose. We will definitely keep this place in my for our next stay. “

„Very relaxing! Great vibes!“

„We stayed for 6 nights in April,2026. The property is lovely and conveniently located in central Payson. The outdoor space is worth the stay. There is a lovely seating area and hot tub. Hailey was a gracious host and quickly answered any question we had.“

„Loved how cute and quaint this place was. And the location was great for us to get to shopping, restaurants, and hikes. The hosts were very communicative.“

„This place worked out fine. 2 beds, a nice kitchenette, nice bathroom and centrally located. We also appreciated hanging maps and clear communication. There is an added breakage fee that was not clear at first glance. Overall, I think the price is too steep for what it is but that's Sedona I guess. We enjoyed it. “
