Hanoi Royal Palace Hotel 2
The Room i hade, has a Special shower and it is not silent from the street. I recomend ear Plugs in hal Ha Noi Hotels. The Staff is friendly and helpful. I got it cheap so it fits. Much Restaurant and shops around you can reach "easy".
