Avoid this place like the plague! I booked this place a month in advance. Called the property to make sure my check-in would go smoothly. They confirmed my booking from hotel.com and I’ll get instruction for check-in 24 hours before my stay. The day I arrived in Hanoi to I had called the property several times to get instructions for the check-in process. They never answered until hours later. Asked me for pictures of our passports for check-in process. Sent them to the property. After I sent pictures of everyone’s passports and was waiting outside of the address that was on the booking, the property informed me that there was a leak in the building and they couldn’t accommodate my stay with the room I booked but there was a property nearby that they could move me to. I told them no thanks and they said they would work with hotels.com for my refund. I had to find other accommodation now with last minute rates which costs more. I contacted hotels.com for my refund but the property refused to issue me a refund stating that they could accommodate me and I never showed up. Thank God I had screen shots of my conversation with the property. This property is a scam and avoid this place!!!!!!
