The PERIDOT was our Homebase in Hanoi. We always returned back there, after our Trips to Ha Long, Cat Ba, Sa Pa und Bac Ha. The Service in this Hotel is outstanding. Receptionists, Porters, Chambermaids, Poolstaff, Barstaff and Servicestaff were always very friendly, helpfull and very proud to work for this Hotel. Example: On our second Visite, the Breakfast Staff remembered our Order from the previous stay, and asked us, if we like Vietnamese Coffe and Latte Macchiato, as usual. Our Anchor in the Hotel was LUCY from the Traveldesk. She could organize most of our Tours. Privat Transport or joined City Jeep-Tour, Restaurant recommendation or a reservation at the busy Next-Door Nail-Spa, nothing was impossible for LUCY. She even called the Drivers during the Rides to find out if everything is OK. What a fantastic and caring Service! The Food and Beverage in all the Restaurants and Bar is excellent. Breakfast is very good with a big choice from the East and West. Our Junior Suite was very clean and spacious. The Pool is good for a early morning swimm, in the late Afternoon it gets a bit crowded. It was a big pleasure to stay in this outstanding Boutique Hotel with all the beautiful People. Will be back again !

Das Hotel ist mitten in Old Quarter Hanoi, ist aber durch die nach hinten versetzte Lage eine echte Ruheoase im chaotischen Hanoi. Einrichtung und Deko hochwertig und wunderschön und hundertmal mehr Charakter als Hotelketten. Blitzeblank sauber. Rooftop-Bar und Pool sind ebenfalls super, Getränkeauswahl ist riesig. Die Restaurants haben wir nicht getestet. Zum Frühstück gibts Brot, Süßgebäck, eine kleine Auswahl Wurst/Käse, Obst, Gemüse, auf Wunsch gebratene Eier, Pho Suppe, Sushi und viele andere warme, täglich wechselnde Kleinigkeiten. Alle Mitarbeiter sind sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich! Nur der Service beim Frühstück könnte aufmerksamer sein.

Erstklassiges Hotel in der Altstadt
Tolles Hotel mitten in der Altstadt. In diesem Hotel arbeiten ausnahmslos nur fantastische und unglaublich liebenswerte Menschen. Das gesamte Team ist hilfsbereit und toll! Das Hotel lieht super zentral und ist die ideale Location um Hanoi zu erkunden oder Tagesausflüge/Touren zu unternehmen (buchbar über das Hotel). Ich kann dieses Hotel zu 100% weiterempfehlen!

Ruhepol mitten in der Altstadt
Wir hatten einen fantastischen Aufenthalt in diesem wunderschönen und zentral gelegenen Hotel. Das gesamte Hotel-Team ist unglaublich freundlich, liebenswert und hilfsbereit. Das Hotel sticht durch seine persönliche und familiäre Art hervor. Zusätzlich lassen sich über das Hotel unterschiedliche Touren buchen, sodass man direkt am Hotel abgeholt und wieder zurückgebracht wird. Der SPA Bereich ist ebenfalls für eine Wellnessauszeit 100% zu empfehlen - die Behandlungen sind klasse.

We loved our stay. Terrific service, awesome rooms and spa area. It is very clean, the staff is friendly and always focusing on the guests’ wellbeing. The area is old quarter Vietnam, full of traffic, restaurants and small shops. It was a pleasure to have our quiet safe space in the hotel room after a busy day out in the city.

First, the team was incredible. Everyone went above and beyond to make our stay special. The spa team is excellent, especially the spa hostess. The restaurant teams provide great service and everyone is so friendly. I cant say enough great things. And for being in the old quarter, the rooms are very quiet.

Lovely hotel, staff really friendly stayed in a junior suite which was lovely. Breakfast was great fresh omletre cooked to order but plenty of choice of other breakfast items, fresh fruit in room, lovely bath, shower etc. spa was great had a full body massage and facial which were both excellent. Pretty , quiet and clean hotel located in the busy old quarters. Very accessible to alot of popular eateries around the old quarters. Has a convienient store beside the hotel. The staffs are all very professional and attentive!

We stayed at the Peridot twice during our time in Vietnam. For both stays the hotel was great. Lovely friendly staff, very clean, nice facilities and a big comfortable bed. The breakfast was excellent too. The location is ideal, close to lots of eating options. We walked to most of the sites from the hotel with ease. Cabs are plentiful and a good price if you don’t want to walk. The Grab app works really well in Hanoi. We also used the hotels airport transfer service (4 times), which was obviously more expensive than a cab, but still priced very reasonably and an excellent service. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend the Peridot for anyone staying in Hanoi.

Absolutely loved my experience at this hotel! We had a corner room that didn't have a city view, but was very clean and had a spacious bathroom. Service was amazing and the property manager even checked in with us as we checked out, and I felt that they really cared about our experience. Breakfast buffet was beautiful, delicious and had a lot of variety.

Fantastic hotel with great service. Despite missing our connecting flight, the car organised by the hotel was waiting for us. Staff were attentive and the rooms were clean. The breakfast buffet was superb. We visited the spa and the Sky Bar and enjoyed both, with the staff continuing to provide a terrific experience. The hotel’s location in the Old Quarter makes every voyage outside the front doors and adventure. Would definitely stay here again.

I cannot recommend this hotel highly enough. The staff are excellent - friendly and extremely helpful. Great breakfasts and other dining options. The rooms are extremely comfortable and the hotel is ideally situated to explore the old quarter or to go to other parts of the city.
