Lage
Die Unterkunft befindet sich in einer ruhigen, sicheren Wohngegend im Stadtteil Groß-Buchholz – naturnah und dennoch zentral. In wenigen Minuten erreicht man die U-Bahn-Station „Noltemeyerbrücke“ und die Bushaltestelle „Uhlestraße“. Von dort aus gelangt man schnell in die Innenstadt, zur Messe, zur MHH oder zum Hauptbahnhof.
Ausstattung & Aufteilung
Das Boardinghome erstreckt sich über zwei Etagen und bietet:
- Drei geschmackvoll eingerichtete Schlafzimmer mit Kingsize-, Queensize- und Einzelbetten.
- Zwei moderne, innenliegende Bäder – eines mit Dusche, eines mit Badewanne
- Einen großzügigen Wohn- und Essbereich mit gemütlicher Sitzecke, Smart-TV (inkl. Netflix)
- Eine offene, voll ausgestattete Küche mit Granitarbeitsplatte, Spülmaschine, Herd, Ofen, Mikrowelle, Nespresso-Maschine, Mixer etc.
- Eine kleine Terrasse mit Loungeecke und Zugang zum Garten
- Ein Kellerraum mit Waschmaschine, Trockner und Stauraum
Hinweis: Der Außenbereich (Garten, größere Terrasse, befestigter Parkplatz) wird im Juli vollständig angelegt und erst im August 2025 vollständig nutzbar sein. Aktuell steht eine kleine Terrasse mit Loungemöbeln zur Verfügung.
Weitere Ausstattung
Kostenfreies WLAN im gesamten Haus, Bettwäsche, Handtücher, Hygieneartikel sowie Bügelbrett und Bügeleisen sind vorhanden. Der Check-in erfolgt kontaktlos über eine Schlüsselbox.

Damit sich alle Gäste rundum wohlfühlen, ist unser Boardinghome ein Nichtraucherhaus!!!

Our newly renovated duplex house offers 120 sqm of stylish comfort, modern amenities, and plenty of space for up to 6 guests – perfect for families, teams or business travelers.
Special launch price until the end of July – as we’ve just opened our doors, enjoy a great introductory offer while we continue to fine-tune every detail.
Location
The house is located in a quiet and safe residential area in Groß-Buchholz – green, peaceful, yet centrally located. Public transport is just a few minutes’ walk away: "Noltemeyerbrücke" (subway) and "Uhlestraße" (bus) connect you easily to the city center, fairgrounds, main train station, or MHH hospital.
What’s inside
Spread across two floors, the house includes:
- Three cozy bedrooms with king-, queen- and single-size beds
- Two modern bathrooms (one with a shower, one with a bathtub – both windowless but fresh and functional)
- A spacious living and dining area with a comfy sofa and large Smart TV (Netflix included)
- A fully equipped open kitchen with granite countertop, dishwasher, oven, microwave, Nespresso machine, and more
- A small terrace with lounge seating and access to the garden
- A basement with washing machine and dryer
Note: The full garden, second terrace and dedicated parking area will be completed by August 2025. For now, a smaller terrace with Loungesofa is ready for use.

High-speed Wi-Fi throughout the house, bed linens, towels, toiletries, ironing equipment – all included. Contactless check-in via key box.
