„Perfect location for our half way stop on NC 500 so glad we had sunshine as the roads to the cottage would be challenging in bad weather. We did try to drive down to the beach for sunset but missed the turning and ended up stuck behind a herd of cows. It was good to light a fire have a drink and warm up a pizza. The bed wasn't the most comfortable but we forgave it because everything else was so good ( and we do usually sleep on king size vspring which is difficult to match away from home) “

Local facilities are limited. Lochinver is a small town, but with the help passed onto us by our hosts we were able to enjoy a memorable meal at a local cafe. “
