„Great property! We had everything we needed. Any questions were answered quickly. Beautiful view and easy access to the lake without having to climb a bunch of steps. Only complaint is our stay we t by way too fast!!!!“

„Very clean. Plenty of towels, shampoos, supplies in general. Plenty of parking. Convenient to Oneonta attractions.There was some confusion about check in, check out times. When we booked the house, stated times were check in: 3:00 and check out: 11:00. Upon arrival, we were informed those times had changed to 4:00 and 10:00. Owner honored original times.“

„We had a great stay! Very clean, great layout and such an easy walk down the steps to the dock. We really appreciated how well stocked the house is from the kayaks, paddle board, lily pad mat, and rentable pontoon on the lake to inside being stocked with essentials like aluminum foil, detergent, hand soaps, etc. We have stayed at multiple houses on the lake, but this one is our new favorite. „Beautiful home with an amazing view! Everything in the home was clean and the furniture was very comfortable. I had coffee on the deck every morning and enjoyed the beautiful view of the lake. The dock had plenty of seating and there was a lily pad that we all enjoyed floating on. There is a place to rent boats about 5 minutes away which was extremely convenient.
