Each room had its own AC split system so each person could adjust it to their liking and each bedroom had a noise machine which was fantastic to have as a traveler when you’re not used to strange outside noises. 10/10 will book again. Loved the decorations and picked up a lot of inspiration for my own little home.“

„Hico is a pleasant town and makes a convenient home base for exploring this less well known area of Texas. The kitchen was very well stocked and plenty of blankets etc. No grill, which was a little disappointing. Be aware that one of the bedrooms is reached through a bathroom which has a door that doesn't quite close“

„The problem with this rental is a lack of adequate heat. We arrived on a bitterly cold December night a few days before Christmas. Our two adult children stayed with my dad at his house in Goldthwaite and my husband and I rented this house for ourselves, A cold front had blown in. Only reason for the less than perfect review is because the door code was sent with a typo and caused significant delay getting into the house. However, once inside, it was perfect! To Michael’s defense, we did arrive middle of the night so getting in touch with them was a bit of a challenge however understandable.“
