Günstig und zwecksmäßig, aber nicht sehr einladend
Günstige Übernachtungsmöglichkeit in Hamilton, aber wenig einladend. Das mag primär an der nicht sehr.freundlich wirkenden Groß-Gruppe gelegen haben, die das Motel parallel zu uns genutzt hat.

Angenehme Übernachtung
Der Besitzer ist sehr gastfreundlich, das Frühstück für 10 Dollar (für uns Ei, Baked Beans und Toast) lecker, wird aufs Zimmer geliefert. Zimmer und Bad waren ausreichend groß und sauber. Die Klimaanlage ist nicht leise, aber i.O. Daß Motel ist gut erreichbar auf der "Motelstraße". Ein PaknSave ist in der Nähe, sonst leider nur der übliche Fast-Food-Fraß und noch mehr Motels. Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen, wir wären gerne länger geblieben, wenn es nicht an den Folgetagen ausgebucht gewesen wäre.

This property would be better if not having the homeless residing there. I was told they are all mums and their children which wasnt true, the fathers of the children are there also, last night we had a disturbed lady worried about the well being of the child in the room next to her, who had been crying for over an hour. I knocked on the door the guy was very upset i had worried about his child and was prancing around trying to intimidate. The lady at reception was annoyed at me asking for towels, lastly my daughter who paid a bond on the place went to get her refund and the woman wanted the cleaners to access the room not trusting us that we left it in good shape. We will not be staying there ever again

Cleaners did not service until after 1pm and behind couch not vacuumed. Cleaners left their cleaning gloves by the bed. We were contacted for towels we didnt have so accusing clients us disgusting why would anyone want used towels. Very noisey would never stay again or recommend.

The property was on the flat with good parking and a comfortable, clean bed. The kitchen was lacking in utensils and crockery, e.g. no bowls for cereal, no breadboard, no vegetable knife, etc. We would have appreciated a good quality toilet paper and toilet paper holder and not the public toilet type dispenser with very thin paper that was provided. Also, it would have been helpful to have a welcoming information folder in the room. There was nothing.

Amazing accommodation and excellent service, the only downfall was the partying and fighting next door, close to bedroom windows. I believe it was seperate accommodation for emergency housing.

It was a clean room and nice and spacious. However the shampoo dispenser was empty. So need to be more efficient in checking these. Also, I think it’s important for them to inform guests that some of the motel is emergency housing. It didn’t impact our stay but some guests may find this an issue.

My first interaction on arrival at the property was a rather scary looking intoxicated male asking me if he could have my bottle of milk that reception had given me on check in! The room was clean but there were some obvious maintenance issues. My biggest complaint was a group of people coming back to the room next door at 1am and partying hard until around 4am! I called reception as soon as it started and they said they would talk to them, but nothing changed. My family was a bit freaked out by the whole experience so we decided to check out a day earlier. Wasn’t great.

Went to run a bath when we got there and the tub had grime all around it, went to reception and got a cloth and spray to clean it myself. Ran the bath and went to put the jets on and it was just spitting out with hair and dirt. Everything else was dirty aswell. Asked for a refund he said yes will give partial refund in the morning, went in the next morning he said he can’t do a refund.

Unfortunately people staying at this property were very noisy talking and singing very loud the entire night. It seems that some of the guests have lived there for a long time, which creates an atmosphere of insecurity since they feel in control of the place.

DO NOT STAY HERE!!! This motel is mostly being used as temporary housing for people. I left after 15mins and went and stayed somewhere else. It is shocking that this motel is still offering rooms on a night by night basis.

Clean and comfortable. The only negative there was a lot of noise from other people staying there and someone knocked on the door at 6.30 am and woke everyone up.

First impression
Shower fixture was loose could not use it at all but informed hotel manager. Affordable stay one night is good but the room to close to road and noisy wouldn't be suitable if longer stay. Overall was great.

Staff were lovely. Room was average. Carpet needs a deep clean. My feet were black from walking on the carpet! I ended up washing the kitchen floor as it was disgusting. There are people living in some rooms and they are very inconsiderate to anyone else staying there. Slamming doors, shouting at each other using vile language at all hours of the night and their kids go around knocking on doors and run around the car park (directly outside the rooms) until MIDNIGHT! Staff were onsite when this was happening and they didn’t do anything about it. Really want my money back. Please read all the low rated reviews as they tell the truth! Don’t waste your money here.
