Bedroom 4 - The basement bedroom is right beside the entertainment room. It has 2 queen sized Temperpedic beds.

• Animals are allowed with $50 per pet fee
• Please make sure to shut and lock doors when you leave

LATE CHECK OUT
Check out is promptly at 11AM. $100 fee for late check without advance notice. If the guest is more than two (2) hours past check out time (12 AM), then the guest will be charged $100 as the base rate for the remaining day, but the guest is still required to vacate immediately. If the guest stays for any unbooked/reserved nights, there will be a $500 per night charge to their credit card and Airbnb account.

Towels & Linens: Please ensure all towels and linens remain at the property. Host will charge $20 for each missing towel, pillow, or linen.

NO PARTIES OR EVENTS: $450 will be charged to guests that throw a party, cause a disturbance, or disrespect the house rules. The house is professionally cleaned between guest stays, and our cleaning crew will report abuse of the property.

***$1000 Fine for smoking indoors. Cleaners will report any evidence of cigarette smoke or marijuana.
**Quiet hours are 66db from 10 PM to 7 AM if this rule is broken there will be a $250 fine
**Any stain found on beds or couches will be fined $500.

Note: Please clean your own grill, our cleaners are not responsible for cleaning the grill.

**Please understand that just by nature, there are bugs, insects, mosquitoes, spiders, ants, etc… So do not leave doors open. We do not give refunds for bugs, insects, or animals found in or outside the home. We do have a monthly pest service with a private company in place

**Missing items will result in $50 admin fee

Early check in 1pm = $40

Late checkout until 12pm= $60

Propane for grill is not provided.

Thermostat is controlled by host

-Do not drive on the grass. Any damage to the lawn or gardens from vehicles or people will be subject to a $200 admin fee plus lawn repairs

-Maintenance may show up to maintain the property during your stay. They are allowed to enter the yard areas

-Glitter, confetti, sequins, fake snow, and any small party items are not allowed anywhere in the home. If found after your stay, a $250 cleaning fee will be charged.
This includes party poppers, balloon filler, table scatter, or any similar decorations.
