Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review, we're sorry to hear that our Two-Bedroom Family Budget didn't meet your expectations. It is fair to say that these are our oldest cabins, built in the 80s and, therefore, reflected in the price, but the double bed, couch and dining chairs have all been updated in the last 2 years. Any other issues with maintenance that occur we are always happy to fix when brought to our attention. I do understand that it is also autumn and some of the plants and trees are coming to the end of their best, so I apologise if you felt the grounds weren't up to standard. We do have a Telstra tower in the park that provides perfect connectivity for Telstra customers, but it is true that Optus and Vodafone networks are not well represented anywhere in the Grampians. However, being a caravan park and not a telco, this is unfortunately, out of our control. I hope you were able to connect to our Starlink guest wifi, though. We do have a range of cabins in the park, maybe one of our Deluxe or Spa cabins might have better met your expectations, being newer and larger.

None of our cabins have ovens, but there is an air fryer oven in the Camp Kitchen. We hope to see you again.

Thanks for reviewing your stay, we are sorry to hear that you were disappointed. We apologise for your milk being out of date. This was obviously an oversight on our part and we would have been happy to exchange it had you brought it to our attention during your stay. Our pool is small and can get busy on 40 degree days, but we are very close to the Halls Gap pool, a number of lakes and some waterfalls that it is also possible to swim in. We hope you will give us another try, maybe out of peak season when the pool won't be so busy.

I do apologise that your were charged twice and have will be looking into this for future stays. We're very disappointed to hear that we didn't meet your expectations. Hope to see you again.

These are our oldest and smallest cabins, but we do have a range of cabins available, maybe one of our larger and newer deluxe cabins would have suited your expectations better. The park has been affectd by some potholes thanks to recent amount and intensity of rain the region has received but we are constantly working to manage these, weather-permitting. We hope you will come back and give us another try some time.

Thanks for reviewing your stay. Our budget cabins are on the older side and do not have net curtains, but they do have curtains for privacy. The budget cabins are like a large caravan, in that they have everything you would need for short stay but they do only have a ktichenette, not a full size kitchen. Some families do like the bottom bunk being on the floor as it means less space for children to fall if they roll off, but they are an older style design now. We have also, like most of Victoria, been subject to the rain, storms and floods in the last few weeks, which have done some damage to the roads around the whole area, but we are working to repair these as fast as possible, weather permitting. We hope you will give us another try in the future, one of our larger Deluxe or Spa cabins would probably meet your expectations better.
