Die Lage mitten in downtown Halifax ist grandios. Man kann alles gut zu Fuß erreichen und in wenigen Minuten ist man an der Harbourfront! Das Hotelzimmer war sehr komfortabel und großzügig. Das einzige, was fehlt, ist ein Frühstücksangebot im Stil des Hauses! Denn das an das Haus angeschlossene TEMPO Food Drink wird dem hervorragenden Hotelstandard nicht gerecht. Überteuert, unfreundlicher Service, unflexibel und miserable Qualität. Da geht man besser ins gegenüberliegende, kleine Shoppingcenter, wo man einen schnellen Snack einnehmen kann oder in eines der umliegenden, unzähligen Lokale.

Zentral gelegen und ruhig, sehr zu empfehlen
Schönes großes Zimmer, großes Badezimmer. Sehr sauber, Kühlschrank, Kaffeemaschine, alles nötige vorhanden. Schnelles freies WLAN, sehr sehr nettes, freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Bushaltestelle vor der Türe Restaurants und Shops ganz in der Nähe. 5 Minuten zu Fuß zur Hafenpromenade.

The location was good to the core downtown area but not close to Dal University. The floor outside the bathroom seemed damp? We wanted our daughter to have a good impression of Halifax but the view we had was of a building so it wasn't an overall great experience.

I recently stayed at the hotel that was booked through Expedia. The room was not what I expected, and the photos online did not accurately represent the room. We found old moldy meat sticks under the chairs and the pillow inside are pretty stained. Additionally, I was charged hidden fees that were not disclosed at the time of booking. I booked with a pet an no where’s mention additional pet fees and parking fees. Also the parking is somewhat far away. The price I saw was not the price I paid, and I was disappointed with the experience. I will most likely not be booking again.

Hotel at front desk were excellent to deal with and very efficient. Parking at garage down the street not very convenient. About a 6 minute walk. We stayed 3 nights and did not receive new bed linens or fresh towels.

I was very frustrated with the staff as I was double charged for my room and deposit. Also the shower was very uncomfortable to use as the head sprayed all over the place and the road outside was extremely noisy. There was also a lot of noise in the hall while trying to sleep. Do not recommend and will not be staying there a second time.

I was informed by a staff member at the front desk about something when I went to check in. Second the room I had was so outdated and not nice. Stains on the bathroom floor and definitely did not look like the pictures that were posted. When I first walked in my room there was a weird smell. The lobby area is updated and nice. Hotel is in the right spot if walking to spots.

The parking at Scotia Square is terrible. Not convenient with leaving parkade. The room is not made up every day. Had to call for fresh towels each day. Rooms are dated

The place is pretty dated as it’s really old. That being said- The manager and staff were great- fixed any issues we had.

Excellent location in the heart of downtown Halifax. Connected to many nearby properties with pedways. Nicely appointed rooms, if not a tad outdated decor (which actually gave the room some character IMO). Spacious bathroom. Wasn't overwhelmingly noisy (weekday stay; not sure what weekend would be like). Handy bar fridge, microwave and coffee maker in room.

The only downfall with this Hotel is the guest parking, it really should be revisited, it's very inconvenient. 4☆☆☆☆

This hotel is comfortable and good value in downtown Halifax. However, the hotel is showing wear. Bedside clock didn’t work. Only two towels provided.
