„We were visiting for a gig at Piece Hall and are so glad we chose to stay at this absolutely wonderful hotel on the outskirts of Halifax. From the moment we arrived the staff were warm, polite and helpful and this continued for the duration of our stay. As it was such a nice day, we sat in the beautiful garden and enjoyed drinks and food from the bar menu before heading into town for our concert. . Breakfast (extra) was also very good indeed. „Very clean and incredibly well provisioned room with access to kitchen area (washing machine, fridge, coffee maker, etc). Excellent shower, easy to use air con/heating controls, big TV and really close to both Dean Clough Mills and The Piece Hall.“

„Worst hotel I have ever stayed in. Hotel staff are lovely, I feel sorry for them having to deal with my complaint which manager was supposedly going to contact me to resolve but hasn’t.. No mirror in bathroom, just the broken metal wire it should’ve been on. No hair dryer, iron, kettle or even any kind of cup to drink from in room.
