„We arrived very late due to delays by WestJet and the Mexican airport and shuttle. However Jose ( the caretaker) was great to let us in even though it was after checkin time. So we were very appreciative of him. A family of 6 tired from a 10 hour travel day we’re thankful for Jose. The property is a bit noisy due to the proximity to entertainment district but otherwise it was fine for what we needed. Close to everything . Thank you Jose !“

Unfortunately, the roof is closed/ locked until 8am, so you can’t go up there in the morning to watch the sunrise over the sea (part of the reason for booking this place). „Spent 14 days.. Opening comment has to be regarding the property Mgr - Jean ( and Eric ) communication was flawless and both were extremely helpful with our enquiries/needs. „Das Personal war sehr freundlich! Der Hoteleigene Strandzugang war einfach nur ein Traum, der Beste Anschnitt in Cancun Zona Hotelera!! Zum kleinen Hafen oder auch ins Centro sind es nur ca.15 Gehminuten! Die Lage war daher top. Der Hotel Parkplatz war sehr praktisch. "Die Anlage ist eindrucksvoll und durch den Shuttlebus erreicht man schnell alle Einrichtungen. Der Strand ist zwar nicht der schönste an der Riviera Maya, aber sehr sauber. Die Zimmer sind toll ausgestattet, aber ein paar Kakerlaken haben unseren Weg gekreuzt. Tolle Animation, gute Cocktails. "
