„20 mins away from the hotel zone. Close to Go mart and convenience store to purchase toiletries. Also walmart nearby and uber is convenient to use as well. Quiet area, safe, house was exactly as the pictures. Aside from the toilets not working upstairs the house was great. The pool was cleaned for my stay daily & the host was responsive at all times. I will stay again when i return to cancun. “

„I can't say enough good things about our stay at Casa de la Playa. Our family (8 of us....54 yrs - 2yrs) just had the most wonderful vacation. „Beautiful home! The house is cozy and it is nice and cool in all rooms, even common areas which is not typical for homes by the beach. Ivonne was a great host and very responsive. She even met us at the house to show us around. The home was very clean and even had cleaning service daily. We were able to pre-order groceries which was nice to not have to do when we arrived. The only downfall, but not the biggest deal for us was the sargasso. But it’s everywhere in playa so not much anyone can do ...

„Unit was extremely clean well organized and stocked (as good as any unit I have ever rented) very well. Israel was a perfect host and when there was an issue (I stayed there a month) that is normal house issues it was addressed immediately and follow up with me making sure it was good was frequent.
