What was not OK was the food. There are no choices whatsoever. Only set meals for dinner and breakfast are included (at dinner, a very small and unattractive a la carte menue is also available). One cannot change them, there is no flexibility in the services provided. No explanations are given beforehand what to expect. Quality of food is mediocre, very repetitice from day to day. Some items were OK but overall we had a lot better food elsewhere in Japan.
Steep prices for additional drinks, even coffee for breakfast costs extra. Overall I find this place nice, but overpriced. Would only go back if food quality and service are improved and prices drop and/or updstes are made.
