„I was looking for a place to stay near Liberty Tree Farm that had a nice kitchen for food preparation. Banner Cottage had a well-equipped kitchen. We also enjoyed the back deck and browsing through the many shops in Stockholm! The earplugs that were made available by the property manager were much appreciated with the nearby train tracks. „The house is always clean and has everything we need. Nancy always makes sure of that. Even though the weather wasn’t so great this time we enjoyed her cute enclosed porch to visit in. Also the shops close by. “

The only issue was that the listing indicated "sleeps six." However, there was one queen bed and one pull out queen. We loved that everything was an easy drive to lots of different small towns. Plenty to enjoy at the cottage with the fire pit, hot tub, and beautiful property for fishing or just relaxing. „We were there when it was snowing and later in the weekend when it was sunshiny and warm. We lit a fire in the wood burning stove and walked outside and enjoyed the labyrinth. We heard the coyotes yip and watched the hawks fly over the bluff. We braked for turkeys and deer. We also made the short trek into Red Wing for serious shopping and spent time at Lena’s. In short we loved it all!“

„It had a nice feel to the place, rooms were hot there is no central ac. there is an ac unit but it only made the living room cold. I did not like that you get charged a fee for cleaning but still have to clean. Area is great and quiet but a ton of mosquitoes so bring off. The bathroom is between the two rooms but did not have locks so it’s hard to know when someone is in there. The beach was small but nice kids enjoyed that. Did not like that you are not allowed to smoke outside on the property ...

„What a fun place! Plenty of room. We played foosball had a fire outside. We enjoyed the fireplace too. We hadn’t anticipated no TV though. You might want to add that to your description. The water is definitely smelly, so we truly appreciated the 40 bottles of water you provided. Definitely a great place for a girl’s weekend or family reunion!“
