„This is one of the best places to stay in CDA. We love being able to walk to restaurants and shops while still being centrally located to downtown and other activities. The condo unit was clean and comfortable. The directions and communication was also timely and clear. We would choose to stay here again. “

„Great little property that fit the need for a weekend. Property was very clean, descriptions and labels were helpful. Was setup as possible commercial office in the past and you see those remnants but it was a great space and a huge value at 2 bedrooms. Would easily stay here again for a quick stay. Has ADA shower so is a bit different for those who are able and not used to, but no issues.“

Host is very communicative, location is great and while the condo itself does not face the river, you have easy access to restaurants and a nice river boardwalk for a stroll. The unit itself is nicely furnished, very clean and super comfortable. Extra bonus of a parking garage and quick elevators Highly recommend ! “

Has most necessary kitchen items and well stocked for coffee. Appliances work great and are modern. Nice area to eat outside. Cleanliness of tub jets, master carpet, and outdoor dining surface could be improved. Unit otherwise was very clean and comfortable.“
