„Staff could have been more helpful, I felt as though it was a nuisance having to deal with me.“

„This is not a five star hotel by any means. Normally one person runs on the entire property as reception, as bellman, parking and luggage logistics is an issue. Don’t recommend.“

„nice location and very friendly Service, “

„Perfekt!!!“

„The gentleman at reception was very welcoming and chatty. Check in was smooth and the reception area was nicely furnished and clean. The accommodation was comfortable, clean, well decorated and nicely furnished. My only issue was that to get access to the bathroom was through the master bedroom and we had our teenage son with us, who was sleeping on the bed settee in the living room area. We had a small terrace outside our ground floor apartment which would have benefited from a small table ...

„The hotel has a great location with beautiful views. The rooms have a very cold feel which I don’t like. Sorry to say they are not clean. There was mold in the sinks, and the grout in the travertine was black. Bed very very firm. Parking is very difficult, very few spaces. The continental breakfast was not worth the price. The staff was very nice.“
