„Wonderful place to stay, had a great time lots of instruments to try, had lots of space to spread out and hangout, the hot tub was very nice and clean. Overall had a fantastic stay the lighted walkway is amazing! All the amenities available where also great, Jon was a great host and we had a great time speaking with him!“

From first walking in, refrigerator was so dirty/dusty you could run your finger down it and have a film on your hand. Wood flooring in kitchen area is warped because of an obvious leak in the ceiling. Ceiling in the kitchen has brown water stains in the ceiling, floor tiles in the upstairs bathroom are cracked, ants kept coming in from outside, food left in the fridge and trash was left in and on the garbage can, ...

„This looked like a lovely property online but was even more gorgeous in person. The house was spotless, warm and inviting. Many areas to sit and enjoy the sound of the birds. The host was great. Obviously enjoying sharing her hospitality and wanting my stay to be memorable. I hope to be able to go back around Christmas.“

„Exactly what you see is what you get! Cute place on farm like setting. Beds are comfortable and most anything you need is there from fans, pack and plays, and a high chair. Lee provided some fresh eggs, cranberry bread, and fresh butter. Looking to stay again next year when my daughter graduates!“

Comfortable beds, lots of towels, toilet roll, shampoo etc. Well equipped kitchen. Big grill, lovely terrace with table and lots of chairs. Nice fire pit. „This house is one of the worst places I have ever stayed. I booked for 13 people and only 2 of the 3 showers worked which they never disclosed to us. The house was a total pigsty. Dirty dishes in the sink. Old food in the fridge. Frozen food in the freezer and the freezer was disgusting with frozen spills that looked like they were there for years. Holes in the walls & doors, burn marks on the counters, dirty table cloth. Bathrooms were filthy. No shades on 90 % of the windows & no curtains at ...

„This was a terrific spot if you're a parent visiting your UMass student. The location was very convenient, plenty of room at the house, good for a group. The pictures on the website accurately depicted the property (not always the case). If our daughter wasn't graduating, we would probably book it again.“

„This house was great for a group of classmates back at Amherst for out 40th college reunion. We had a nice dinner on the porch, took advantage of the excellent air conditioning, and enjoyed having comfortable private space. Much better than camping in a dorm room, and enough to attract some infrequent reunion attendees back to the Pioneer Valley.“
