„We had a wonderful 2 weeks stay at Floyd’s place. The place is just as described. A nice place to relax away from noise and traffic. Big and spacious with a nice balcony facing the wind. Gated community, Security cameras, monitor, and locked gates. It has a/c in some rooms but Floyd is about to upgrade a/c throughout the house. „The apartment had many issues. Electric went off. Found out it had a meter you had to buy credit for. One towel that was dirty. No pots pans utensils, plates cups or silverware.lots of dirt underneath the furniture. Has not been cleaned in forever. The photo shown was not of the place I rented. Was supposed to have internet.
