„Food quality and service was excellent.“

„Solid onsen option in Gero. Can be a little difficult to access on foot. Large buffets for breakfast and dinner as well as complementary beverages in the lobby and outside of the baths.“

„Staffs of front desk are rude and ignore clients. Shuttle bus did not showed up and hotel is old. Do not pick it if you have choice.“
