Ganz allgemein: Wir haben eine Haus erhalten, welche leider gar nicht sauber ist. Es schien als wären die vorgänger erst gegangen. Somit leider alles sehr Schmutzig. Nach unserer Reklamation an der Reception haben wir aber eine andere Haus erhalten. Diese war dann sauber und wir konnten unseren Aufenthalt geniessen!

Even with a free upgrade to a bigger and better room, this was not what we expected from the pictures. These are probably 20 years old.
