The Space:

The ground floor features a bright open-plan kitchen, living and dining space. The fitted kitchen includes a full suite of integrated Miele appliances, including an oven, hob, extractor, dishwasher, fridge and freezer, along with a Nespresso machine and everything you need to cook and entertain. The living area offers a comfortable sofa, Smart TV and dining table, while underfloor heating keeps the space cosy and inviting.



On the first floor, the principal double bedroom has its own en-suite shower room, Smart TV and generous storage. A separate utility room houses a washing machine and tumble dryer, with an iron and airer also provided.



The top floor is home to a characterful second double bedroom set into the loft, featuring a skylight, sloped ceilings and its own Smart TV. A family bathroom with a full-length bath and overhead shower serves this floor.



Outside, the property benefits from one allocated off-street parking space, a genuine rarity so close to Guildford town centre.



Ideal for professionals, couples, relocating families and visitors travelling for business or leisure, the home is conveniently located for the University of Surrey, Royal Surrey Hospital, Surrey Research Park, G Live and Guildford's vibrant theatre, shopping and restaurant scene.



Guest Access:

Guests have the entire townhouse to themselves across all three floors, plus one allocated off-street parking space. Self check-in via a smart lock or key safe, so you can arrive on your own schedule. Full arrival instructions and the local guide are sent before check-in.



The Neighborhood:

With a Waitrose right on the doorstep, everyday essentials are wonderfully convenient. Guildford’s historic cobbled High Street is just a short walk away, offering a great selection of independent shops, cafés, restaurants and the iconic Guildhall clock. Guildford Castle and its beautiful gardens, scenic riverside walks along the Wey, the Yvonne Arnaud Theatre and G Live are all also within easy reach.



Getting Around:

Guildford mainline station is a short walk and runs fast, frequent services to London Waterloo in well under an hour, along with connections to Portsmouth, Gatwick Airport and the wider south east. The A3 gives quick road access to London, the M25 and the south coast. Best of all, the property comes with its own off-street parking space.

To ensure everything is ready for your arrival, all guests are required to complete a few steps before check-in. These are completed through the SuiteOp link provided after your booking and are separate from your accommodation payment. All pre-arrival steps must be completed before check-in.

For damage protection, you can choose between: a £500 refundable security deposit (a £500 deposit is held and returned after your stay, provided there is no damage or other chargeable issue) OR a non-refundable damage waiver (this is charged at £20 for 1-night stay, £40 for a 2-night stay and a maximum of £45 for stays longer than 2 nights).

Please note: Smoking and vaping are not permitted anywhere inside the property. We also ask that you keep noise to a minimum between 22:00 and 08:00, out of consideration for our neighbours.
