Sehr angenehmes Refugium in Guayaquil
Rundum angenehmer Aufenthalt-vom kostenlosen Flughafen-shuttle über das prima Twinbettzimmer bis zum guten Lunch am Pool mit Blick auf den Flussarm. Sehr freundliches, motiviertes Personal - alles bestens. 2 gute Shopping-Center Zu Fuß in 5-10 Minuten erreichbar, in die City dauert es allerdings ca. 40 Minuten zu Fuß, per Taxi max. 15 Minuten für 4-5,- USD. Auch am WLAN gab es nichts auszusetzen.

We communicate with the property numerous time to inform them that we had a large number of large luggages and to bring a large vehicle. It appears that our message went unread because we never got a response back from the hitel. I called and they could not find my reservation and I informed them of my luggage situation again. Upon arrival we had a very small taxi waiting for us. They wanted to split my wife and I into several different taxis. I totally disagreed with that and found a SUV to take us to the hotel. This hotel does not have their own vehicles for airport transportation, so if you have large luggages be prepared to take a few taxis to the hotel. We did not receive the VIP package or welcome.

We loved the fact that the hotel offered transportation to/from the airport. Our room was clean and the staff was very helpful. We obtained an excellent recommendation for traditional Ecuadorian food from the front desk-outstanding!

Check in staff was wondering n very helpful! In the dining room I ordered a bowl of soup n a fruit drink n it took 38 minutes to receive my food n there were only a couple other customers in the restaurant! The small TV in my room was only a 480p tv! In a world of 4k tv's this is just pathetic! Your reservation is non cancel so when you check in they charge you another $14.00 for whatever as the desk clerk could not tell me what the charge was for! Would not recommend this hotel!
