„Excellent property in a beautiful spot. The building is great, pool nice. Plenty of food across the street if you dont wanna hike up outta the complex. Parking is easy if needed.Rodolfo gave clear instructions on all aspects of getting in and out. Was receptive and available. His place was clean and ready with all the basics and more. He was receptive to his guests needs, showing anticipation and kindess. A great place to call home while in Costa Rica. Gracias “

„I moved here from a bamboo house in Poás, so the city noise was an adjustment—but overall, this apartment felt like a safe place to land. It’s small but thoughtfully decorated, with plants that add a nice energy to the space. I also liked having a nail salon and pet store right here. great location for someone who wants to be close to everything while still having a peaceful home base.“

„Poor communicator. The night before arrival, we got a call that the parking spot was unavailable, even though it was advertised as having parking. Parking in San Jose is a nightmare. VRBO was of no help. We quickly arranged housing elsewhere. Owner refused to refund fees“

„I was here for a week-long work trip and this apartment was a wonderful landing place! Located within walking distance of a grocery store, a variety of restaurants, and a fantastic bakery. The apartment was clean and offered a great little gym, and lots of security. The host was lovely and very quick to respond to questions. My next business trip stay will certainly be here!“

The building had excellent and accommodating around the clock security. I even lost the key to the host’s place and surprisingly he drove over an hour to make sure I was safe and secure and arrived CALM :)… My stay was peaceful, fun and unforgettable! „Les visiteurs de la terrasse sur le toit ont une vue sur votre appartement,un lounge comme voisin, situez au carrefour des autoroutes bruits infernal, obligatoire réservation piscine et gym, après une semaine le gestionnaire ne répond plus à nos messages, accessoires de cuisine désuet, frigo qui coule, matelas à ressorts mauvaise qualité,etc... bref nous le recommandons que pour un court séjour 1semaine ou moins“
